Welcome to my corner of Medium! I'm Kamil Rogalinski, a serial entrepreneur born and educated in Poland and living in the UAE. All my life (since I can remember), I have been passionate about technology. When I was small my biggest passion was to disassemble every electric toy and electronic device to check what was inside and how it worked. Probably, this led me to obtain a Master's Degree in Applied Computer Science, then a Master's Degree in Management and graduate from PhD studies in Automatics and Robotics.

My career began in the UK while working with a company offering internet services I had the opportunity to learn programming but also set up and manage servers, firewalls etc.

Now, 20 years later, I have some quite interesting experience, which includes becoming a Magento Certified Developer, building a few successful startups, leading some great teams, having my own web development company for a few years, being a founder of a startup which raised over $15M and generated $60M ARR (featured in Forbes Middle East) and most recently I became a Vice Chairman of Polish Business Council in Dubai.

Beyond my professional ventures, I'm passionate about mentoring and coaching budding entrepreneurs and professionals to reach their full potential.
